Hasnaa Fatehi, PhD
Executive Director
Founder and CEO, Qaralogic Consulting Inc.
Medtech strategist with 15 years of experience helping scale-ups and pharmaceutical companies bring medical devices to market, including at Procter & Gamble Singapore, Novadaq (now Stryker Endoscopy), and LivaNova. Founded Qaralogic in 2019 to support Canadian medtech companies through regulatory pathways and commercialization. Former chair of the Vancouver chapter of RAPS and the MedTech Committee at TOPRA, before founding Western MedTech to bring together the region's medtech ecosystem.

Emergency physician, associate professor of emergency medicine, and physician-innovator dedicated to bridging clinical necessity and technological solutions. Brings a bench-to-bedside perspective shaped by his own path from early-stage ideas to medical devices, including as co-founder, CTO, and CMO of INTEGRAiTE. Also serves as Business Development Officer for the AIM Institute, a social enterprise of the Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation, forging partnerships between frontline healthcare systems and the medtech sector.

Robert (Bob) Orr
Founding Director
President & CEO, Life360 Innovations
Corporate development strategist with 30+ years of executive and public practice experience. Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator with a BSc in applied mathematics in economics from the University of Victoria. Co-founded Life360 to commercialize the Contino urethral insert, a Health Canada-licensed, first-of-its-kind Class II device for men with urinary incontinence. Serves as board member and advisor to several Canadian and US technology companies.

Eveline Pasman, MD, PhD
Co-Founder & COO, Tenomix Inc.
Physician-scientist with a background spanning medicine, neuroscience research, healthcare operations, and medtech commercialization. Earned her MD from Radboud University and a PhD from the University of British Columbia, researching the neural control of movement and balance. Leads operational strategy and cross-functional product development at Tenomix as the company advances its AI-enabled pathology platform toward clinical validation and commercialization.
