Baljinder Singh is a Research and Technology Advisor, and one of the Outreach Co-ordinators for the Western Region for the Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) program. He has a PhD in mechanical engineering and has been with the SR&ED program for 10+ years.
Sumati Kocher is a Financial Reviewer, and the other Outreach Co-ordinator for the Western Region for the SR&ED program. She has been with CRA for 18+ years and with the SR&ED program for 6+ years.
Hasnaa Fatehi, PhD is a certified MedTech regulatory affairs and quality assurance professional with over 15 years' in industry and unmatched work experience across Asia, Europe, and North America.

SR&ED program
The Canadian Scientific Research and Experimental Development Tax Incentive Program (SRED or SR&ED) provides support in the form of tax credits and refunds to corporations, partnerships or individuals who conduct scientific research or experimental development in Canada.
​Each year the SR&ED program provides over $4 billion in investment tax credits (ITCs) to over 18,000 claimants. Of these, about 75% are small businesses.
